Zikica was our smallest goat, a mini goat, and also the chubbiest! She came to us with Ziki in 2013, rescued from someone who claimed to be an “animal lover” but had let her hooves grow too long, and untreated open wounds on her neck. After a year with us, there were no more signs of health issues. Three years into her stay, she suddenly lost her partner, Ziki. Since then, she kept to herself more. She enjoyed sunbathing next to Ferdinand’s enclosure, pretending to keep him company while secretly hoping to find more hay leftovers.
